Well folks now we come to the playoffs in my Civil Defamation Suit against NAACP "leaders" and one disgraced police chief whom the Town of Jaffrey, New Hampshire has tried to pay to go away.
It all started from me writing a Demand Letter and "threatening" a press conference about police abuse, as NAACP legal redress chair of Southern New Hampshire. The chief got me indicted for attempted felony extortion and the NAACP threw me under the bus, falsely claiming I had not kept them in the loop. My emails indicate otherwise, and my attorneys -- one of whom is former lead prosecutor of the largest county of New Hampshire, are editing my Motion to Dismiss on First Amendment grounds.
