I submitted to the court relative to two crucial things:  

1. The relevance of having Chief Dunn facing charges for a "pattern of inappropriate behavior and insubordination" to my criminal, civil and unauthorized practice of law cases, but perhaps of more importance,

2. My discussions with Attorney Volinsky.  As those of you who actually pay attention may recall, Volinsky is the very first attorney I called to help find a licensed attorney for Willie Toney.  He also is Chief Dunn's suspension lawyer.  Those of you who jumped in my sh*t about whether he's going to testify might want to reconsider, errrrr.... backpedal on your snap judgments when you read p. 3 of today's Notice and click on Volinsky's name in the blawg piece.
